Yes. FalkFilmz is based in Kamloops, but many of our film productions take place outside the city. We regularly travel throughout BC and beyond for projects, and any travel-related costs are outlined clearly in the quote based on the location, scope, and production requirements.
Yes, and we often recommend it. Creating shorter cutdowns, alternate versions, or platform-specific edits from the same production helps you get more value and visibility from the finished film. These can be tailored for social media, paid ads, your website, or other marketing channels while keeping the main production consistent.
Yes. We handle voiceover, music, and sound design as part of the production process. Depending on the project, that can include sourcing licensed music, arranging professional voiceover, and building out the sound design to give the final film a more polished and cinematic feel.
Yes. If you already have a script, storyboard, or creative direction in mind, we can work from that and help refine it for production. We can also make recommendations around structure, pacing, visuals, and messaging to make sure the concept translates well on screen.
We start with a discovery call to understand your vision for the film, project goals, budget, audience, and overall direction. From there, we build out a comprehensive storyboard and moodboard, including locations, visual references, and scripts where required. We then create a detailed call sheet for the production day or days, outlining the schedule for each location, who needs to be there, and how the shoot will run. During pre-production, we also establish the overall production and delivery timeline so everyone knows what to expect from start to finish.
Yes. We provide the core production equipment needed for the project, including professional camera systems, lighting, audio, stabilization, and drone equipment. If a production requires more specialized gear or a larger setup, we can also source or rent additional equipment based on the needs of the project.
Yes. Once the final film is delivered, you receive commercial usage rights to use it across your own marketing channels, including your website, social media, paid advertising, presentations, and other promotional materials.
